Insight Global is seeking an experienced SAP SD/AR Analyst to support an Order to Cash capability in a remote setting across Brazil, Costa Rica, or Colombia. The role requires deep SAP SD and AR expertise, configuration knowledge (SPRO), and collaboration with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

The ideal candidate will drive end-to-end processes for sales orders, billing, and receivables, and will leverage AI tools like Joule for SAP to accelerate research and mapping.

Formación

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SD experience including sales order processing, pricing, and billing.
• 5+ years in SAP AR covering cash application, collections, and customer account management.
• Experience with SAP configuration via SPRO and assessing business impact.
• 3+ years in an Order to Cash (OTC) process domain.
• Experience in Agile/Scrum with cross-functional teams.
• Strong documentation skills for test cases, process flows, and specs.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted SAP tools (e.g., Joule) or quick adoption of new tech.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary functional analyst for SAP SD and AR within the Order to Cash capability.
• Analyze, document, and support business processes related to sales order management, billing, and accounts receivable workflows.
• Perform or support SAP configuration (SPRO) activities, including toggling system settings and understanding downstream impact.
• Collaborate with business partners, scrum teams, and other BSAs to deliver on road map initiatives across the OTC domain.
• Participate in requirements gathering, process documentation, and test case development and execution.
• Support UAT coordination and hypercare activities surrounding go-live events, including potential work during holiday weekends.
• Contribute to multiple concurrent road map efforts, adapting priorities as directed by the team lead and business partners.
• Leverage emerging AI tools (e.g., Joule for SAP) to accelerate configuration research, field mapping, and system analysis tasks.

Duration: 12 month contract

Location: Remote

Pay Rate: $35-40/hr

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of hands-on functional experience with SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) module, including deep knowledge of sales order processing, pricing, and billing
• 5+ years of experience with SAP Accounts Receivable (AR), including cash application, collections, and customer account management
• Demonstrated ability to perform or understand SAP configuration via SPRO, including the ability to assess the business impact of configuration changes
• 3+ years of experience working within an Order to Cash (OTC) process domain, supporting end-to-end business processes
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments alongside cross-functional teams including business partners and technical developers
• Strong documentation skills, including the ability to write test cases, process flows, and functional specifications
• Familiarity with AI-assisted SAP tools (e.g., Joule for Consultants) or demonstrated ability to quickly adopt new technology platforms is a strong plus

Job Description

The client, a large enterprise organization in the energy sector, is seeking a skilled SAP Sales & Distribution (SD) and Accounts Receivable (AR) Analyst to support a growing Order to Cash capability. This is a newly initiated effort with no existing resource in the role, making it an excellent opportunity for a candidate to make an immediate and meaningful impact from day one. The ideal candidate will bring strong functional SAP expertise, the ability to perform and understand configuration, and excellent verbal and written communication skills to collaborate effectively with business partners, scrum teams, and internal stakeholders.
