IDOM in Medellín is seeking a SAP Project Manager to lead digital transformation initiatives based on SAP S/4HANA. You will drive project lifecycle from planning to go-live, coordinating cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.

Formación

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• 7–13 years of professional experience with at least 7 years leading SAP projects.
• Experience managing full SAP S/4HANA implementations from planning to go-live.
• Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams, vendors, and business users.
• Ability to lead high-impact digital transformation projects with SAP.

We are looking for a SAP Project Manager to join the Consulting team in the Digital Transformation area in the city of Medellín.

You will be responsible for leading strategic digital transformation projects based on SAP S/4HANA, ensuring compliance with scope, timelines, budget, and quality. You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage internal and external stakeholders, and oversee the entire project lifecycle—from planning to go-live—ensuring the successful adoption of the implemented solutions.
