IDOM is seeking a Junior PMO Consultant to join the Digital Transformation team in Medellín. You will support the PMO for a SAP-based program, assisting with planning, monitoring, and control, while coordinating teams and maintaining documents.

Ideal candidates are students in final semesters or professionals with 1–4 years in SAP PMO or related admin coordination, and a strong interest in SAP projects and digital transformation, eager to grow in an international environment.

Formación

• Currently enrolled as a student in final semesters or a professional in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Business Administration.
• 1–4 years of experience in SAP PMO, project management, or admin coordination of technology projects.
• Interest in SAP projects and digital transformation.
• Basic knowledge of SAP, especially SAP S/4HANA.

Responsabilidades

• Support planning, monitoring and control of a major SAP-based digital transformation program.
• Assist with team coordination, schedule tracking, and document management.
• Prepare reports and monitor progress with leaders to meet objectives.

We are looking for a Junior PMO Consultant to join the Consulting team in the Digital Transformation area in the city of Medellín.

You will be part of the Project Management Office (PMO), supporting the planning, monitoring, and control of a major SAP-based digital transformation program. You will assist with team coordination, schedule tracking, document management, report preparation, and progress monitoring, working closely with functional and technical leaders to ensure the project’s objectives are met.
