Holcim Americas Digital Center (ADC) in Medellín is seeking an SAP HCM Trainee to support the IT department with functional configuration, process documentation, and updates to operational tables across countries.

The role is ideal for final-year students or recent graduates in Systems/Industrial Engineering with 0–1 year of experience, strong analytical and writing skills, and an interest in AI tools. Fixed-term contract with learning opportunities and regional exposure.

Formación

• Final-year students or recent graduates in Systems Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.
• 0 to 1 year experience; internship or project valued.
• Ability to read and interpret code logic to identify faults.
• Proficiency in Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables); interest in AI tools.

Responsabilidades

• SAP Configuration and Tables: parameterization of tables, update reference values, wage types in SAP HCM.
• Problem Analysis and Resolution: review code logic, trace data origins, adjust configuration.
• Process Documentation: design manuals, guides, and workflows.
