Job summary

Keyrus is seeking a Senior SAP C4C Technical Consultant to lead the technical transition to Version 2, focusing on SAP Sales Cloud and Service Cloud. You will define the target architecture, manage integrations with SAP S/4HANA/ECC, and guide data migration strategies while working with cross-functional teams on a remote, international program.

Location flexibility includes Mexico, Colombia, or Brazil, with a Fixed-Term contract and renewal possibility.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience with SAP technologies, including CX/C4C/Sales & Service Cloud.

What You'll Architect

As a SAP C4C Technical Consultant, you will be responsible for leading the technical transition from SAP C4C. This initiative goes beyond a 1:1 technical migration, and your key responsibilities will include:

• Current-state assessment: Analyze the existing C4C solution and document its configurations, customizations, and integrations to determine what should be retained, redesigned, or retired in Version 2.
• Target architecture: Define and own the Version 2 target architecture, prioritizing Service Cloud in the first project phases and leveraging standard capabilities wherever possible.
• Integration and extensions: Design and coordinate integrations with SAP S/4HANA / ECC and external systems using REST/OData APIs and SAP Integration Suite / CPI, and determine which developments should be built as SAP BTP extensions rather than within Version 2.
• Data migration: Lead the data migration strategy from C4C to Version 2, including data mapping, transformation, cleansing, loads, and reconciliation.
• Testing and go-live: Define the technical testing strategy, support SIT and UAT, and lead the cutover to production.
• Technical leadership: Act as the project's technical reference by translating business requirements into architecture decisions, coordinating developers and technical team members, estimating effort, managing technical risks and dependencies, and documenting decisions and alternatives.

Who You Are

• You are a technical leader, not only a developer or configurator: you translate business needs into sound architecture decisions
• You work directly with functional consultants and business owners, and you explain alternatives and their implications with clarity
• You avoid replicating V1 customizations unnecessarily when V2 offers a standard alternative
• You identify technical risks and dependencies early, and you coordinate with other SAP teams and external systems teams
• You have hands‑on, verifiable experience in real V2 projects, not only training or theoretical knowledge

What You Bring

Qualifications / Certifications

• 7+ years of experience in SAP technologies, including 5+ years in SAP CX / C4C / Sales & Service Cloud
• 2+ years of hands‑on experience with SAP Sales Cloud Version 2 and/or SAP Service Cloud Version 2, with participation in at least 2 Version 2 implementations.
• Practical experience in SAP Sales Cloud Version 2, SAP Service Cloud Version 2 and SAP C4C (Sales & Service Cloud Version 1)
• Strong knowledge of the Version 2 architecture and extensibility model: configuration and extension of objects, fields, rules, automations and processes
• Solid understanding of Customer Service and Service Management processes (Cases, categorizations, assignments, activities) and commercial processes (Accounts, Contacts, Leads, Opportunities, Activities)
• Experience with REST/OData APIs and SAP CX integrations with SAP and external systems, SAP Integration Suite / CPI, and integration patterns with SAP S/4HANA and/or SAP ECC
• Knowledge of SAP BTP, especially for extensions and developments outside Sales/Service Cloud Version 2
• Knowledge of security, users, roles and authorizations, environment management, transports and deployment strategy
• Ability to collaborate effectively within multidisciplinary teams
• Interest in rapid prototyping, experimentation, and continuous learning
• Understanding of business processes and how technology can optimize them

Nice-to-haves

• Valid certifications related to SAP Sales Cloud / Service Cloud
• Certifications or advanced experience in SAP BTP
• Certification or advanced experience in SAP Integration Suite
• Experience with S/4HANA
• Experience in SAP CX transformation projects, and direct participation in a C4C to Version 2 transition, reimplementation or evaluation
• Experience in distribution, manufacturing, auto parts or similar industries
