Keyrus is seeking a bilingual Business Analyst (GCP) to act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and cloud-based technology solutions. You will translate complex needs into actionable requirements and support cloud transformation, data modernization, analytics, and enterprise-scale digital programs.

You will collaborate with leaders, product owners, architects, data engineers, and cloud teams to ensure solutions align with business objectives and maximize GCP benefits.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology, cloud, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
• Advanced English communication skills (written and verbal)

Responsabilidades

• Bridge business stakeholders and cloud teams to translate objectives into requirements
• Gather, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, data, and cloud requirements
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, BRDs, and product backlogs
• Facilitate discovery workshops on cloud migration, data modernization, analytics, and GCP-enabled solutions
• Support Agile delivery, backlogs, and sprint planning
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the solution lifecycle

What You'll Architect

As a Bilingual Business Analyst (GCP) at Keyrus, you will act as the strategic bridge between business stakeholders and cloud-based technology solutions, helping organizations maximize the value of their Google Cloud Platform (GCP) investments. You will translate complex business needs into actionable requirements while supporting cloud transformation, data modernization, analytics initiatives, and enterprise-scale digital programs.

You will collaborate with business leaders, product owners, architects, data engineers, and cloud teams to ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives and leverage GCP capabilities effectively.

You Will

• Partner with business stakeholders, product owners, cloud architects, and technical teams to understand business objectives, challenges, and transformation opportunities
• Elicit, analyze, document, and validate business, functional, data, and cloud-related requirements
• Create and maintain user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, business requirements documents (BRDs), and product backlogs
• Facilitate discovery workshops focused on cloud migration, data platform modernization, analytics, and GCP-enabled solutions
• Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle
• Support cloud transformation programs, including migration initiatives, data platform modernization, and analytics implementations within GCP environments
• Collaborate with data engineers, architects, and developers to define business rules, data requirements, integrations, and reporting needs
• Analyze current-state and future-state business processes and recommend improvements leveraging GCP capabilities
• Identify risks, dependencies, gaps, and opportunities associated with cloud and data initiatives
• Support the development of MVPs, roadmaps, and phased delivery strategies
• Work closely with Agile teams to refine backlogs, prioritize requirements, and support sprint planning activities
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), ensuring delivered solutions meet business and technical requirements
• Ensure end-to-end requirements traceability throughout the solution lifecycle
• Communicate complex business and cloud concepts effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executive leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting technology, cloud, data, analytics, or digital transformation initiatives

Technical Skills

• Strong experience gathering, documenting, and managing business and functional requirements
• Proven experience facilitating stakeholder workshops, discovery sessions, and requirements-gathering activities
• Experience working on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) initiatives, including cloud migration, data modernization, analytics, or platform implementation projects
• Understanding of GCP services and cloud concepts, including:
• BigQuery
• Cloud Storage
• Dataflow
• Pub/Sub
• Looker
• Cloud Functions
• Cloud Run
• IAM
• Ability to translate business requirements into cloud, data, and analytics solutions
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and collaborating directly with Product Owners, Engineers, Architects, and Cloud teams
• Hands-on experience creating user stories, managing backlogs, and supporting Agile delivery processes
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills
• Experience with SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, and Agile collaboration tools
• Understanding of data governance, data quality, and reporting requirements

• Google Cloud certifications such as:
• Google Cloud Digital Leader
• Associate Cloud Engineer
• Professional Cloud Architect
• Professional Data Engineer
• Experience with enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and analytics ecosystems on GCP
• Experience supporting cloud migration projects from on-premise, AWS, or Azure to GCP
• Familiarity with modern data architectures, ETL/ELT processes, and data pipelines
• Experience with BI and analytics platforms such as Looker, Tableau, or Power BI
• Experience working in consulting environments with enterprise clients
• Experience supporting customer analytics, marketing analytics, or digital transformation initiatives
