Gallagher is seeking a Salesforce Support Consultant to maintain and improve Salesforce and integrated systems, ensuring smooth operations and enabling teams to deliver exceptional results.

You will resolve escalated issues, diagnose complex configurations and automations, collaborate with development teams to validate fixes, perform root-cause analysis, and document solutions for a shared knowledge base within a global, inclusive culture.

Formación

• 4+ years as a Salesforce Consultant or Level 2 Support Analyst.
• Deep understanding of Salesforce configurations (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or similar).
• Strong troubleshooting of flows, automations, user access, and object configurations.

Responsabilidades

• Resolve escalated Salesforce issues to ensure system stability and reliability.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex configurations, integrations, and automations.
• Collaborate with development teams to validate fixes and deploy solutions.
• Conduct root cause analysis to prevent recurrence and improve platform performance.
• Document solutions and contribute to a shared knowledge base for continuous learning.
