Gallagher seeks a Senior Salesforce Technical Lead to design and oversee scalable Salesforce solutions across industries. You will lead development, ensure best practices in coding and architecture, and align technical delivery with business goals.

You will mentor developers, manage integrations, DevOps pipelines, data governance, security, and platform health, while collaborating with enterprise architecture and Salesforce teams.

Formación

• Bachelors degree in IT or related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce development and implementation.
• Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technical design and implementation of Salesforce solutions across Cloud suites and industries.
• Develop and maintain custom code (Apex, Lightning Web Components), integrations, and automation.
• Maintain the Salesforce data model to support processes and scalability.
• Administer the Salesforce platform, including user access, security, and configuration.
• Collaborate with enterprise architecture to align with standards and strategy.
• Partner with Salesforce teams to ensure reuse of components and best practices.
• Support the Salesforce transformation program, planning, execution and improvement.
• Manage platform health, monitoring, performance, and release management.
• Drive DevOps practices, including CI/CD, version control, and IaC fundamentals.
