GlobalLogic is seeking an experienced backend engineer in Bogotá to design, build, and operate API-driven services end-to-end. You will make architecture decisions, model data, and balance performance, scalability, and reliability while owning production systems.

The role requires deep Rails expertise, strong database skills, and a track record of shipping robust, scalable APIs with a focus on maintainability and collaboration with product teams.
