Citi's Services Analyst Program offers a rotational experience to build broad skills across the Services business, with intensive training and orientation. Participants rotate across two roles, delivering hands-on projects and exposure to senior leaders while developing AI-driven capabilities for client solutions.

You will rotate through markets, develop business materials, and learn how Citi applies AI to enhance efficiency, risk management, and client experience within a global context.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree by March 2027 or recent graduate.
• Fluent in English and Spanish.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; working knowledge of PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Exposure to analytical platforms or eagerness to learn about AI-specific tools.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct market research to assess industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
• Develop materials to support business development and revenue growth; identify AI-enabled opportunities.
• Assist with process optimization initiatives, exploring AI/ML tools to automate tasks.
• Analyze client data using analytical techniques to improve service offerings, including AI-driven insights.
• Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leaders; communicate AI-generated insights.
