Citibank (Switzerland) AG in Bogotá invites graduates to join the Services Analyst Program, offering a two-rotation track across Services. You will gain hands-on experience, train with senior leaders, and develop core skills in analytics, AI-enabled insights, and client servicing in a global setting.

Eligible graduates by March 2027, bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong Excel skills, are encouraged to apply.

Formación

Graduating with a bachelor's degree by March 2027 or recent graduate.
Fluent in English and Spanish.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel; PowerPoint knowledge.
Interest in financial services and AI applications.

Responsabilidades

Conduct market research to assess industry trends and macroeconomic factors.
Develop materials that support business development, product commercialization, and revenue growth using data-driven insights.
Assist with process optimization to improve efficiency and reduce risk, exploring AI/ML tools.
Analyze client data to identify opportunities and improve service offerings using analytical techniques.
Prepare reports and presentations for internal stakeholders and senior leadership; communicate AI-driven insights clearly.
