The role leads cross‑functional initiatives from planning through execution, ensuring on‑time delivery within scope and budget, while coordinating local clients with global teams. Fluent English and strong communication are required.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Project Manager, preferably within advertising agencies, digital marketing, production, or service-based environments.
• Proven experience managing projects for retail clients.
• Advanced English proficiency (written and verbal).
• Strong understanding of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid project management methodologies.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Asana, Monday.com, Workfront, Trello, or similar platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Lead end-to-end project execution, ensuring delivery on time, within scope, budget, and quality standards.
• Manage project plans, timelines, resources, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across creative, production, technology, data, and operations.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders, acting as the primary point of contact throughout the project lifecycle.
• Facilitate project status meetings, align priorities, and communicate progress to local and global teams.
• Ensure effective workload management and resource allocation across multiple concurrent projects.
• Drive process improvements and promote operational excellence within project workflows.
• Support the successful execution of retail marketing, digital, and omnichannel initiatives.
