GREYSTAR is seeking a Service Technician to maintain building facilities, perform preventative maintenance, and complete make-ready tasks for vacant units. The candidate will manage supplies, document work orders, and support safety and quality standards across the property.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends as needed. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• EPA Type I and II or Universal refrigerant certification.
• Certifications as required by state/local jurisdictions.
• Valid driver's license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.

Responsabilidades

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies, safety standards, and code requirements.
• Complete the make-ready process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing by performing inspections and coordinating tasks.
• Access materials from the maintenance department, track inventory, and notify re-ordering needs.
