Qualifications

• Professional experience directing voice talents or demonstrable expertise in spoken Spanish (Colombia).
• Knowledge of phonetics and speech production.
• Familiarity with remote recording platforms or digital audio production workflows.

Responsibilities

• Monitor remote recording sessions
• Provide real-time coaching on pronunciation, tone, pacing, prosody, enunciation, and natural speech delivery
• Verify compliance with project guidelines and recording standards
• Ensure recordings accurately follow the provided scripts
• Verify that recordings reflect authentic contemporary Spanish (Colombia)
