Job summary

Mercor is seeking a native Latin American Spanish voice actor for CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America). This remote contract role requires 5–10 hours per week to record high-quality samples across scripts.

You will deliver expressive, clear speech with strong control over tone, pacing, and pronunciation; recordings may be used for a client CX AI agent with cloning. Prior voice acting is a plus, but not required.

Qualifications

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker based in Latin America with neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish.
• Clear, natural, expressive voice with good range.
• Access to a professional recording setup.
• Strong control of intonation and emotion in delivery.
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.

Position: Voice Actor: CX Agent Voice Cloning (Spanish - Latin America) Type: Contract Compensation: $50–$100/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 5–10 hours/week

• Follow detailed recording guidelines, including environment, microphone setup, and file formatting.
• Perform multiple takes with variation in emotion, emphasis, and style when required.

Qualifications Must-Have

• Native Latin American Spanish speaker currently based in Latin America with the ability to speak neutral, internationally intelligible Spanish .
• A clear, natural, and expressive voice. Prior voice acting, narration, or broadcast experience is a plus but not required.
• Access to a professional or near-professional recording setup .
• Strong command of intonation, diction, and emotional range .
• Ability to follow scripts precisely while maintaining natural delivery.
• Reliable availability for 5–10 hours per week over the project duration.
• Your voice may be cloned for the client's CX AI Agent. Please only apply if you are okay with voice cloning. Your recordings will not be sold or reused outside of this specific use case.

Preferred

• Experience recording for TTS, audiobooks, IVR systems, or AI voice datasets .
• Familiarity with audio editing tools such as Audacity , Adobe Audition , or Reaper .
• Ability to deliver multiple vocal styles like conversational, corporate, energetic, and calm.
