GC Realty & Development, LLC is seeking a Property Manager to oversee US property owners from a fully remote role based in Colombia. You will manage onboarding, communications, financial reviews, and approvals, coordinating with leasing, maintenance, and finance to keep operations moving.

Responsibilities include timely owner responses, quarterly check-ins, and delivering the GC Realty Experience. 3+ years US property management, strong English, and ESG financial fluency are essential.

Formación

• US Property Management Experience: 3+ years managing US property owners or residents.
• Advanced English (C1/C2) for daily US investor calls.
• You have held the client relationship yourself, not supported someone else.
• Financial fluency: reading owner statements and ROI explanations.
• Ability to deliver difficult news and stand your ground.
• Knowledge of US housing regulations; Illinois/Chicago law training available.
• Home office with reliable internet and quiet workspace.

Responsabilidades

• Own The Relationship: primary contact for property owners.
• 2 Hour Response: reply to owner emails, calls, texts within 2 hours.
• First Call Resolution: deliver the right solution the first time.
• Quarterly Check Ins: scheduled calls with each owner quarterly.
• Deliver The GC Realty Experience: make it easy to do business with us.
• Execute proactive monthly communications across owner touchpoints.
• Coordinate with leasing, maintenance, and finance.
• Review owner statements and explain ROI clearly.
• Handle owner concessions up to $250 where appropriate.
• Obtain owner approvals for work orders, turnovers, and capex.
