Job summary

PM Adept, a fully-remote company based in Colombia and the United States, seeks a Colombian-based Technical Project Manager to maintain client accounts and be the main contact. The role involves overseeing multiple projects, detecting gaps, and coordinating with teams to allocate resources efficiently.

Fluent in English and Spanish with strong communication, leadership, and client-facing skills is required. The candidate should be comfortable with productivity tools and learning new ones quickly.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in project management or related field.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish; bilingual proficiency preferred.
• Leadership and ability to build and guide teams across departments.
• Experience supporting enterprise accounts and onboarding new customers.
• Familiarity with Notion, Timely, Adobe Creative Cloud, HubSpot, Atlassian, Asana, and G-Suite is a plus.

Responsibilities

Job Summary

At PM Adept, client relationships are our top priority. We're looking for a Colombian-basedreliable Technical Project Manager to maintain client accounts and serve as our main point of contact. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping others and a drive to provide outstanding customer service. Applicants should also be proficient with spreadsheets and other productivity/audit/tracking software(s).

We are searching for a composed and astute person to help conceptualize and oversee multiple projects within our organization. To this end, the TechnicalProject Manager will be responsible for detecting gaps that can be closed by projects, collaborating with coworkers to propose reasonable endeavors, and overseeing the allocation of financial and human resources. The person should also have initiative and willingness to learn and master newtools quickly.

Responsibilities

• Exceptional communication (speaking and writing) skills in English and Spanish; preferably, a native speaker of both.
• Handle communications through several parties & companies coordinating within different time zones.
• You identify the right contact person in the company, understand their problems, and show customer-specific solutions according to our workflows.
• Manage incoming requests from several parties and industriesaccording to internal processes and workflows, delivering expected results within tight timelines.
• Perform frequent evaluations of the organization and suggestions for organizing resources and tasks.
• Establish contact to onboard and incorporate new companies.
• Continuous development by our experienced team members with knowledge transfer, best practices, role plays, and 1:1 meetings
• Maintain constant tracking of multiple projects and tasks and ensure deliverability.
• Participate in strategy sessions to identify customer and prospect sales opportunities.

Requirements

• At least 1 year of relevant experience in the field.
• Exceptional communication (speaking and writing) skills in English and Spanish; preferably, a native speaker of both.

• PM-related certifications are a plus!
