BairesDev is hiring a Semi Senior Project Manager to lead and oversee software development projects from planning through closure. You will define scope, deliverables, milestones, and schedules while ensuring quality, budget, and timelines meet client expectations.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in project management, specifically in software development.
• Proven experience delivering software projects on time and within budget.
• Experience with risk and change management.
• Advanced knowledge of Agile methodologies and ability to apply them.
• Basic IT infrastructure and software architecture knowledge.
• Experience in resource allocation and team management.
• Familiarity with project reporting and documentation standards.
• Advanced level of English.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage complex software development projects, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and business requirements.
• Develop detailed project plans, defining scope, goals, deliverables, resources, and timelines.
• Proactively identify and mitigate project risks and resolve issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Implement and manage changes to the project scope, schedule, and costs.
• Mentor junior project managers and team members in project management best practices.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including presenting project status updates to senior management and clients.
