Job summary

Uptalent.io is seeking a Remote Structural Modeler (Revit) to create detailed structural models for residential and commercial projects. You will work from home with a global team, coordinating with architects and engineers to deliver high-quality drawings and documents.

The role requires an advanced English level, a strong portfolio, and prior experience with the US market. Flexibility and self-motivation are essential in this remote, international setup.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in structural modeling using REVIT.
• Portfolio of completed structural modeling projects.
• Experience with the US market and building standards.

Responsibilities

• Utilize REVIT to produce accurate and detailed structural models for residential and commercial projects (woodframe, steel & concrete).
• Coordinate with project teams to ensure compliance with architectural and engineering specifications.
• Provide drafting support in the preparation of construction documents and detailed drawings.
• Participate in virtual meetings with clients and stakeholders to discuss project requirements and updates.
• Maintain document organization and version control throughout the modeling process.
