Uptalent Dot I O is seeking a skilled Structural Drafter & Modeler to support residential and commercial projects across the U.S. The role focuses on drafting and modeling structural elements in wood, steel, and concrete, with attention to detail and adherence to U.S. project standards.

You will prepare construction drawings and models, collaborate with engineers and architects, and revise work based on team feedback. Excellent English and a strong portfolio of completed projects are required.

• Proven experience in structural drafting/modeling.

• Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
