Mindrift is launching a Management Consulting domain focused on translating real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. You will join a growing team of strategy consultants shaping how AI learns high-level business reasoning.

This is a remote, project-based, individual-contributor role. Compensations are up to $60 per hour equivalent, with an estimated 25–30 hours per week during active phases.

Formación

• 3+ years of experience at a top-tier strategy consulting firm (McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, etc.).
• Hands-on project experience in consulting engagements.
• Ability to produce client-ready deliverables under time pressure.
• Forming and defending recommendations under uncertainty.

Responsabilidades

• Build realistic consulting project environments grounded in real engagement dynamics.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents mirroring real consulting work.
• Define evaluation criteria and quality standards for grading frameworks and models.
