Selection Book is seeking an SEO & AI Search Manager to own how people and AI models discover our influencer marketing data platform. The role is hands‑on with full channel ownership.

With 150k+ organic visits already, you will set strategy and execute with engineering and content support, aiming to grow traffic, signups, and revenue while building a scalable team. You will report to Head of Growth & Marketing and work remotely across time zones.

Formación

• 4+ years in SEO with measurable wins you can walk us through.
• Strong technical SEO fundamentals: site architecture, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals.
• Experience with programmatic SEO or content at scale.
• Real AI-search work you can show: content that earned citations, experiments you ran, visibility you moved.
• Familiar with Semrush or Ahrefs, Search Console, GA4 or Amplitude, WordPress.

Responsabilidades

• Own end-to-end SEO strategy: technical, content, and off-page.
• Grow 150k monthly visits into a revenue-driving acquisition channel.
• Build and maintain a live analytics dashboard for rankings, citations, and signups.
• Improve AI-search visibility across models with structured data and content.
• Collaborate with growth, content, and engineering to ship fast.
