Power Digital is seeking a senior Edit Lead to manage post‑production across client accounts. You will collaborate with strategists and design leads to guarantee high-quality video deliverables and timely launches. The role demands advanced English and strong leadership to guide a team of Content Producers.

Formación

• 5+ years of video editing experience.
• Ability to brief, direct, and provide clear feedback to a team.
• Proficient in video editing tools (Premiere, After Effects, Davinci Resolve, Final Cut).
• Deep understanding of digital trends and editing principles.

Responsabilidades

• Work directly with strategists and design leads to ensure on-time delivery.
• Oversee post-deliverables and ensure editing excellence across projects.
• Own creative oversight for UGC video editing.
• Be the main point of contact for post-production questions within client book.
• Recommend performance iterations based on video metrics.
• Organize client projects and brand folders for easy access.
• Create engaging, performance-driven video content to support marketing efforts.
• Follow workflows for project management and file organization.
• Utilize AI to optimize processes and Nova ecosystem in department.
• Ensure QA to avoid revenue-impacting errors.
• Ensure on-time delivery for all launches.
