Scale Up Recruiting Partners in LATAM is seeking a Senior Video Editor to lead post-production for a major U.S.-based client. This role combines creative editing with direct client communication, guiding projects from rough cut to final delivery.

The position is fully remote for LATAM, a long-term contractor role with ongoing collaboration across the creative team to produce high-quality branded content and testimonials.

Formación

• 5+ years of professional video editing in a production company, creative agency, brand, or similar environment.
• Outstanding storytelling instincts supported by a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro; working knowledge of Adobe After Effects.
• Excellent written and spoken English; experience presenting to clients.

Responsabilidades

• Edit high-quality video content from rough cut through final delivery.
• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for one of the company's largest clients, leading meetings and presenting edits.
• Translate client goals and feedback into creative solutions and production plans.
• Create motion graphics, title sequences, and graphic elements to enhance storytelling.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining quality and deadlines.
• Collaborate closely with producers, directors, cinematographers, designers, and other team members.
• Maintain smooth project workflows and deliver an outstanding client experience.
• Represent the company professionally in client interactions.

About The Role

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced Lead Video Editor who enjoys both the creative and client-facing sides of production.

You'll become the primary creative partner for one of the company's largest clients, leading projects from post-production through final delivery while serving as the day-to-day point of contact. Although your primary focus will be one key account, you'll also collaborate with the broader creative team on additional productions as opportunities arise.

What We're Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional video editing experience within a production company, creative agency, brand, or similar environment.
• Outstanding storytelling instincts supported by a strong portfolio.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
• Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects and motion graphics.
• Advanced English (spoken and written). You should feel confident leading client meetings, presenting edits, and communicating directly with U.S. clients.
• Previous experience presenting work directly to clients and leading client conversations.
• Excellent written communication skills, including handling client emails and project correspondence.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• A proactive, collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently and take ownership of projects.

• Producing or project management experience.
• Experience with documentary, testimonial, branded, or corporate content.
• Familiarity with Frame.io and collaborative review workflows.
• Basic color correction and audio finishing skills.
