• Own full-cycle recruiting for primarily technical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, hiring strategy, and candidate profiles.
• Source, engage, and attract top technical talent across LATAM and U.S. markets.
• Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines across key regions and talent segments.
• Conduct initial screens to assess technical alignment, experience, and culture fit.
• Deliver a high-quality, consistent candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Manage candidate pipelines and activity in Greenhouse, ensuring accurate tracking and communication.
• Collaborate with recruiters to support global hiring efforts.
• Provide light coordination across regions as needed to ensure smooth interview processes.
• Use data and metrics to track pipeline health, identify bottlenecks, and continuously improve recruiting strategies.
