hotsourced seeks a Lead Technical Product Manager to own complex integrations and middleware platforms within a healthcare technology context. You will combine strategic product leadership with rigorous systems thinking and operate across integration hubs and data platforms.

You will translate strategic requirements into practical initiatives, work closely with engineering and stakeholders, and maintain an autonomous, delivery-focused mindset in a fast-moving business.

Formación

• 7-10 years of product management experience at senior levels.
• Experience managing technically complex products, platforms, or integration environments.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Strong academic background from a highly regarded university.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision.
• Healthcare/health tech exposure preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Own and drive the product strategy and roadmap for integrations and middleware platforms.
• Translate business requirements into structured product requirements for technical teams.
• Collaborate with engineering and stakeholders to define requirements and delivery plans.
• Identify opportunities to improve systems, data flows, and integrations.
