Coforge is hiring a Senior Integration Engineer - Python to design and build scalable integrations across internal platforms and third-party systems. You will design REST APIs, data mappings, and ensure robust batch and event-driven processing.

You will work remotely with teams across multiple countries, require strong English, and have hands-on experience with PostgreSQL, monitoring, and AI-assisted coding tools to accelerate delivery.

Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Software Engineer or Integration Engineer.
• Strong experience with Python and REST APIs.
• Solid experience with SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with event-driven architectures and batch processing.
• Hands-on experience using AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, or similar.
• Advanced/Fluent English (mandatory).

Responsabilidades

• Design and implement end-to-end integrations between internal platforms and third-party systems.
• Define API contracts, data mappings, and transformation logic.
• Design synchronization strategies including batch, event-driven, and real-time integrations.
• Build resilient integrations with idempotency, retries, ordering, and backfill capabilities.
• Design and consume REST APIs and Webhooks.
• Manage API versioning and backward compatibility.
• Ensure data quality and consistency using SQL and PostgreSQL.
• Implement monitoring, alerting, logging, and observability for integrations.
• Collaborate with engineering teams and external partners to deliver scalable integration solutions.
• Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and code quality.
