Qualifications

• 4+ years of hands-on experience managing paid acquisition campaigns across Meta, Google, and/or TikTok.
• Proven experience managing $1M+ monthly ad spend in a direct response or DTC environment.
• Strong understanding of attribution, acquisition funnels, and performance measurement.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day campaign management across Meta, Google, TikTok, and assigned acquisition channels.
• Execute daily optimizations including scaling, budget allocation, and audience testing.
• Conduct weekly performance analysis to identify trends, risks, and scaling opportunities.
