Job summary

Trolley is a remote-first team led by Moj Mahdara, seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to drive social-first content for founder-led brands. You will turn founder conversations, podcasts and ideas into social posts across Reels, TikToks, carousels and Substack.

This hands-on role focuses on content creation, influencer campaigns and native English writing across platforms. You’ll own the content calendar in Notion and collaborate with designers and editors, with Pacific Time overlap.

Qualifications

5+ years in social, content or influencer marketing, ideally with talent, creators, entertainment, beauty or lifestyle brands.
Social-native: you’ve personally made short-form content that performed, and you can show it.
A strong writer in fluent English who can write as someone else, without it sounding AI-generated.
AI-native: you use tools like Claude, ChatGPT and AI video tools daily.
Organized and self-directed: comfortable in Notion, Canva or Figma, and you finish what you start.
Available for at least 4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (9am to 1pm PT).

Responsibilities

Create short‑form video and social content yourself: hooks, scripts, picking the clips, finished posts
Plan and run influencer and talent campaigns, from the shortlist and concept through to launch
Write in Moj's voice across Substack, newsletters, LinkedIn and captions, plus decks and outreach copy
Turn podcasts, events and meetings into native content for each platform
Own the content calendar in Notion, and brief and direct our designers and video editors
Track what performs, spot trends early and adjust what we make
