Job summary

withtrolley is seeking a Senior Marketing Coordinator to run a content engine for Moj Mahdara and her brands. This hands-on role focuses on social-first content—Reels, TikToks, carousels, Substack posts—and influencer campaigns from concept to launch.

You’ll write in Moj’s voice, coordinate with designers and video editors, and manage a Notion-based content calendar, turning podcasts and events into native platform content. Remote, monthly pay.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in social, content or influencer marketing, preferably with talent, creators, entertainment, beauty or lifestyle brands.
• Fluent English writer who can imitate voice and avoid AI-voice detectability.
• Daily use of AI tools (e.g., Claude, ChatGPT) with sound judgment shaping final work.
• Organized and self-directed; comfortable in Notion, Canva or Figma.

Responsibilities

• Create short-form video and social content yourself: hooks, scripts, picking the clips, finished posts
• Plan and run influencer and talent campaigns, from shortlist to launch
• Write in Moj's voice across Substack, newsletters, LinkedIn and captions, plus decks and outreach copy
• Turn podcasts, events and meetings into native content for each platform
• Own the content calendar in Notion, and brief and direct our designers and video editors
• Track what performs, spot trends early and adjust what we make
