AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to build production-grade microservices and distributed systems, focusing on AI-enabled product experiences. You will design RESTful APIs using Java, Spring Boot, and Gradle, and integrate LLM-based workflows into scalable architectures.

The role requires fault-tolerant design, performance tuning for PostgreSQL or MySQL, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to deliver robust backend solutions.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Expert proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, and microservices.
• Strong RESTful API design and API lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience in distributed systems design, fault-tolerance, and performance tuning.
• AI fluency including integrating LLM-based workflows and AI service patterns.
