AgileEngine is seeking a Senior Backend Engineer to design and maintain production-grade microservices and distributed systems. You will build RESTful APIs, work across Java, Spring Boot, and Gradle, and integrate LLM-based workflows for AI-enabled product experiences.

We require fault-tolerant design, strong performance tuning for PostgreSQL/MySQL, and collaboration with cross-functional teams. This is a 100% remote role with flexible hours for global teams.

Formación

• 4+ years of backend engineering experience with production-grade systems.
• Proficiency in Java, Spring Boot, Gradle, and microservices.
• Strong RESTful API design and API lifecycle knowledge.
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL or MySQL.
• Experience designing distributed, fault-tolerant systems with performance tuning.
• AI fluency and ability to integrate LLM-based workflows.
