Formación

• Strong background in building scalable backend systems with Golang.
• Expertise in distributed/microservices architecture and backend scalability.
• Experience with cloud-native apps on AWS and Kubernetes.
• Proven track record delivering reliable systems in high-traffic environments.
• Excellent written and spoken English; able to work remotely.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs using Golang.
• Develop distributed systems supporting high traffic and critical platform functions.
• Architect cloud-native solutions on AWS for performance and reliability.
• Manage data storage with MongoDB at scale.
• Deploy, monitor, and run production services on Kubernetes.
• Collaborate with product, frontend, platform, and infra teams.
• Improve observability, reliability, and operational excellence.
• Contribute to architectural decisions shaping the platform.
• Troubleshoot production issues and drive long-term stability.
