Caseware seeks a Senior Software Developer focused on design system engineering to advance the design system across product teams. You will architect, build, and document scalable Angular components with accessibility in mind, guiding adoption and ensuring consistency across applications.

You will mentor peers, collaborate with product and design, and drive the frontend roadmap in a fully remote Colombia-based position, leveraging AI-assisted workflows and modern frontend best practices.

Formación

• 8+ years of professional software development experience in enterprise-scale web apps.
• Expert-level Angular proficiency and maintainable app structure.
• Proven experience building or evolving a reusable component library or design system.
• Deep proficiency with TypeScript, HTML, CSS/SCSS, and modern frontend patterns.
• Strong understanding of design tokens, theming, and scalable styling architecture.
• Hands-on knowledge of module federation for Angular apps.
• WCAG accessibility requirements and accessible component design.
• Experience mentoring and influencing across teams.

Responsabilidades

• Create architecture, prototypes, and proposals aligning with product and platform vision.
• Influence technical direction through reviews, RFCs, and design discussions.
• Define and execute the design system roadmap for Angular components and tokens.
• Build, document, test, and maintain reusable Angular components with accessible APIs.
• Partner with product, design, and engineering to align design-system decisions with constraints.
• Mentor developers and lead AI-assisted development initiatives.
• Review front-end implementations for accessibility and maintainability.
