NeuraFlash, Part of Accenture is a Salesforce-driven solutions provider focusing on Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and CRM Analytics. The Salesforce Solution Architect will translate business needs into technical designs, lead deployments, and partner with our AI team to deliver scalable, cloud-based outcomes for enterprise clients.

You will work with customers to define requirements, configure Service Cloud, and drive best practices in UX and integration.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on technical consulting and project management in Salesforce projects.
• 2+ years of project delivery experience with Salesforce
• Deep understanding of Salesforce administration (Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Force.com)
• Experience with Experience Cloud and CRM Analytics preferred
• Ability to document requirements and understand technical solutions using Apex, VisualForce and Web Services
• Experience leading multiple Salesforce deployments including release and multi-environment management
• SDLC ownership and structured code management
• Enterprise Service Cloud project leadership
• Full English proficiency
• Willingness to travel internationally

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate business process reviews to identify customer requirements
• Translate customer requirements into Salesforce design and best practices
• Configure Salesforce Service Cloud solutions
• Develop technical requirements for customers and delivery teams
• Drive UX design across solution delivery
• Manage all aspects of projects and customer communications
• Deliver end-user training and documentation
• Ensure successful completion of all project aspects
• Lead enterprise-level projects with minimal direction
• Lead vision and strategy discussions with contact center leadership
• Collaborate with AI team to create innovative Salesforce solutions
