TP is seeking a Salesforce Developer/Administrator to design, implement, and support scalable Salesforce solutions across enterprise platforms. You will manage security models, automation, and integrations with ERP systems such as NetSuite, while upholding governance and best practices.

Applicants should have 5+ years in Salesforce development and administration, strong English skills, and be comfortable working remotely from Colombia in a global environment.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or equivalent.
• 5+ years of Salesforce development and admin experience.
• Fluent English for cross-border collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Design, develop, and support scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Administer security models, profiles, role hierarchies, sharing rules, and data governance.
• Architect and optimize declarative automation using Flow Builder, Process Automation, validation rules, approvals, and workflows.
• Lead complex integrations between Salesforce and ERP, marketing automation, data warehouses, via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and production support for Salesforce apps and integrations.
• Drive DevOps and release management with deployments, sandbox mgmt, CI/CD pipelines (Copado, Gearset).
• Establish and enforce development standards, coding best practices (Apex, LWC), governance and data quality policies.
• Provide mentorship and align with stakeholders, plus maintain comprehensive technical documentation.
