Syneos Health, Inc. is recruiting for an Epidemiology Medical Writing + Research Manager, RWLP, to be based remotely for LATAM or EMEA regions.

The role focuses on executing claims database analyses, multi-site observational studies, and PRO studies, delivering high-quality RWE research and raising awareness of RWLP. The position involves significant medical writing, protocol and report development, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum of three (3) to five (5) years related industry experience.
• Fluent in written English; regional language fluency preferred (Japanese, Chinese, Korean).
• Strong personal communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Execute a variety of claims database analyses and prospective/retrospective multi-site observational studies; produce high quality RWE research.
• Medical writing support for study protocols, reports, and related documents for RWLP work.
• Prepare draft study reports and external publications under oversight; contribute to congress materials and manuscripts.
• Act as primary sponsor contact for assigned projects and participate in business development activities.
