Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in estimating, construction, budgeting, or engineering admin roles.
• Proficient with Excel or spreadsheets (formulas, formatting, data entry).
• Familiarity with interpreting construction documents.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently.
• English level B2 or higher (you will communicate with U.S. teams daily).
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using new tools and software.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update estimates based on inspections, job scopes, or adjuster reports.
• Assist with insurance claim processes and supplement submissions.
• Work within a CRM system to track jobs, update files, and maintain communication logs.
• Generate cost breakdowns and outline required labor and materials.
• Handle administrative duties such as report writing, document organization, and client communication.
• Maintain clear, professional communication in English with clients, adjusters, and internal teams.
