Cresta is seeking an Architectural Drafter with strong Revit skills for 100% remote work from Colombia, collaborating with leading U.S.-based firms. You will produce coordinated construction documentation for multifamily and commercial projects, ensuring accuracy and compliance with U.S. drawing standards.

The role offers USD compensation, a full-time schedule (NY time), and opportunities for growth in large-scale U.S. projects, including permit and construction documents.

Formación

• 2–4+ years in architectural drafting and construction documentation.
• Experience creating architectural drawing sets for U.S. standards (imperial units, typical details).
• Proficiency in Revit is mandatory; strong coordination and QA/QC skills.

Responsabilidades

• Develop full architectural drawing sets: floor plans, elevations, sections, details.
• Incorporate markups and revisions from architects and PMs.
• Prepare complete drawing packages for DD, Permitting and CD.
• Coordinate drawings across disciplines and perform QA/QC checks.
• Use Bluebeam Revu and BIM 360 for cloud collaboration and file organization.
