Good Business Lab is seeking an analytically driven Research Associate with advanced proficiency in R and STATA to bridge rigorous academic research and real-world business impact. You will design studies, manage large datasets, build automated workflows, and perform econometric analyses to inform strategy while communicating findings to global stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Statistics, or related quantitative field.
• Master's degree in Economics is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute to study design and analysis of experimental and quasi-experimental projects.
• Apply econometric modeling to development economics and industrial organization questions.
• Architect automated, reproducible data workflows in R and STATA for cleaning and variable generation.
• Translate complex statistical outputs into actionable insights for diverse audiences.
