Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Compliance & Ethics leader for Colombia and Peru. You will partner with market leaders to promote integrity, risk-based guidance, and governance of the global Compliance & Ethics program.

Responsibilities include developing an annual work plan, leading risk assessments, supporting audits and escalation, coordinating with Legal and other functions, and co-chairing Compliance Committees with the General Manager.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance & Ethics in a highly regulated industry.
• Compliance and Ethics experience in pharma/healthcare or similar.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, as applicable to the role.

Responsibilities

• Promote integrity and oversee compliance programs within the markets.
• Develop and execute the annual Compliance & Ethics work plan for Colombia and Peru.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate compliance risks with business and functional stakeholders.
• Co-chair the Compliance Committees of Colombia and Peru with the General Manager.
