Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb Colombia & Peru is seeking a Compliance & Ethics Lead to drive risk-based guidance and day-to-day partnership with market teams. You will collaborate with regional leadership to promote an integrity-driven culture and support governance activities across the two markets.

Responsibilities include shaping the annual C&E work plan, escalating significant risks, and coordinating with Legal and other functions to ensure robust compliance programs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Compliance & Ethics in a highly regulated industry.
• Knowledge of laws, regulations and industry codes relevant to the markets.
• Ability to identify and assess risks and provide practical guidance.

Responsibilities

• Promote integrity, quality and ethics across Colombia and Peru markets.
• Lead annual Compliance & Ethics work plan aligned with business strategies.
• Co-chair Compliance Committees with General Manager and ensure governance.
