Job summary

Outlier is building a remote QA coding program for LATAM software engineers to help train AI models. As a QA Coder you will review AI-generated code, rate model responses, and craft clear CS prompts.

You’ll work on real projects with flexible hours and pay in USD per hour. This is a 1099 contract opportunity, open to many LATAM countries, including Colombia, with compensation up to $34/hr plus performance incentives.

Qualifications

• Completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.
• Strong written and spoken English abilities.
• Excellent attention to detail in grammar and style.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across accuracy and following instructions.
• Write clear CS prompts to challenge AI models and improve coding.
