Outlier is seeking experienced software engineers to join as QA Coders in a remote, LatAm-wide program. You will review AI-generated code, identify errors, and rate model responses to improve code generation.

You will also craft clear CS prompts to challenge AI models and contribute to producing high-quality training data. The position rewards up to $34/hr plus incentives and allows flexible, remote work with access to leading LLMs.

Qualifications

• Must have completed a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Software engineering experience contributing to a live production codebase.

Responsibilities

• Review AI-generated code and flag errors or quality issues using guidelines.
• Rate and rank model responses across key dimensions: accuracy, instruction following, presentation.
• Write clear computer science prompts to challenge AI models and advance coding capabilities.
