Job summary

BairesDev is hiring a Python AI Engineer to build the agent and retrieval layer of an enterprise AI assistant used by thousands of employees. You’ll own evaluation coverage and work primarily in Python, with frontend tasks as needed.

Join a production system that evolves continuously and collaborate with a global Top 1% talent pool. Ideal candidates have 5+ years in Python, strong experience with LLMs in production, and proficiency in LangChain or LangGraph.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Python development; 8+ years for lead-level scope.
• Production experience with LLM systems, built, maintained and evolved.
• Hands-on experience with LangChain or LangGraph.
• Experience with RAG over structured and unstructured sources.
• Experience with AWS.
• Availability to work PST hours.
• Advanced proficiency in English.

Responsibilities

• Build agent and retrieval capabilities for a production AI assistant.
• Build LangGraph flows and RAG pipelines over sources.
• Hold evaluation coverage on the AI behavior you ship.
• Extend the existing Next.js frontend where your features require it.
