Job summary

Kiwi is seeking a Product Analyst to contribute to the development and continuous improvement of Kiwi's products. You will work alongside the Product Manager, bringing analysis, clarity to requirements, and follow-through during implementation.

You will investigate how existing products and processes work, analyze problems and opportunities, and help turn product decisions into clear, actionable work for the teams involved.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Product Analyst or Business Analyst with digital products.
• Ability to translate ambiguous requests into clear questions and criteria.
• Strong organization and follow-through when coordinating multiple teams.
• Comfort working with metrics to investigate problems and evaluate changes.

Responsibilities

• Investigate customer journeys and internal processes to inform product decisions.
• Translate product decisions into clear requirements, flows, acceptance criteria, and edge cases.
• Identify open questions and decisions needed before and during implementation.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Design, QA, Risk, and Operations to align on what will be built.
• Follow up on dependencies, testing, and releases, keeping progress visible.
• Analyze data and feedback to evaluate results of product changes.
• Maintain product documentation and propose improvements for recurring issues.
