Job summary

Kiwi is seeking an experienced Product Manager to drive product initiatives from discovery to launch and measurement. You’ll identify problems, set priorities, and lead initiatives across Design, Engineering, and operations in a remote LATAM setting.

You will connect customer experience with business goals, risk, and compliance, making informed trade-offs and owning outcomes after launch. This role emphasizes autonomy, data-driven decisions, and strong cross-team collaboration.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Product Manager leading initiatives from problem discovery through launch and measurement.
• Strong product judgment and ability to navigate ambiguous problems.
• Experience collaborating with Engineering and Design on digital products with complex processes and integrations.
• Ability to combine data, research, and customer feedback for decision making.
• Clear communication to align teams with differing needs and goals.
• Autonomy to drive initiatives and adjust course with new information.

Responsibilities

• Own the product initiatives: set priorities, scope decisions, and evaluate results.
• Investigate customer needs and business problems using data, research, and conversations.
• Define the problem, desired outcome, and metrics of success before moving to a solution.
• Evaluate options and trade-offs across customer impact, business value, risk, and effort.
• Work with Design and Engineering to shape solutions and guide development and launch.
• Align Risk, Compliance, Operations, and Data on decisions affecting each initiative.
• Measure results after launch and iterate based on learnings.
