Job summary

Iron Mountain seeks an analytical Senior Analyst in Procurement Analytics & Insights to join our Global Procurement COE. You will transform enterprise data into strategic insights, partnering with Category Managers and Corporate Finance to optimize spend and craft executive narratives for decision-makers.

You will build modern BI dashboards, leverage AI tools, and ensure alignment of savings with budgets while supporting EBITDA validation and P&L oversight across our global procurement ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in procurement analytics, financial analysis, or BI.
• Strong SQL and BI skills with data manipulation tools.
• Experience with ERP/P2P data structures (Oracle, SAP, Coupa, SAP Ariba).

Responsibilities

• Harmonize spend data from SAP, Oracle, Coupa, Ariba into a single source of truth.
• Automate dashboards and analytics to track KPIs and cycle times.
• Identify savings opportunities and support EBITDA validation with Finance.
• Collaborate with Finance and FP&A to align cost reductions with budgets.
