Job summary

BairesDev is seeking a Power BI professional to join our Business team in a 100% remote role. You will design scalable data solutions, perform cohort analyses, and deliver actionable insights to drive data-driven decisions across units, with collaboration across sales and customer success teams.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years in BI, strong Power BI and SQL skills, and proficiency in Python or R, with Advanced English. We offer flexible hours and a globally distributed team.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in Power BI.
• SQL querying skills and the ability to pull data from multiple sources.
• Knowledge of at least one analytics programming language, such as R or Python.

Responsibilities

• Create a scalable data warehouse that can be linked to a business intelligence tool.
• Create automated cohort analysis and revenue bridges to monitor acquisition, expansion, and churn.
• Producing actionable insights that will be used to support or devise new strategies.
• Serving as a discussion partner for the various business units to plan, strategize, and grow the business by enabling data-driven decision-making.
• Gain actionable insight from data by collaborating with sales teams, customer success teams, and others to create reports to acquire and retain customers.

• Professional experience in business intelligence, analytics, Data Science / Data engineering or comparable fields is preferred.
• 3+ years of strong reporting, business intelligence, and technical background.
