Job summary

Hyland is seeking a Platform Infrastructure Engineer (Client Services) to design, build, and support enterprise IT infrastructure, focusing on endpoint management across Windows and macOS. You will work with Intune, SCCM, Defender, and Jamf Pro within a sprint-based team to deliver secure, scalable solutions.

In this role you’ll plan projects, enforce security policies, and document configurations while serving as an escalation point for system and user issues.

Qualifications

• 5+ years as Systems Administrator in Windows environments.
• Hands-on with Intune or Jamf Pro; SCCM and Defender experience.
• Experience with scripting and Windows Autopatch; public cloud solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, manage, and support IT systems within a hybrid-cloud architecture.
• Plan and execute projects within a weekly sprint framework.
• Safeguard security, integrity, and confidentiality of systems and data; support compliance initiatives.
• Troubleshoot issues and perform root-cause analyses to drive improvements.
• Document designs, operations, and procedures; create training materials.
• Serve as escalation point for system and user requests; identify improvements.
